Fittings (Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Bulkheads)

BuTech offers a complete line of low, medium, and high pressure Elbows, Tees, Crosses, and Bulkhead fittings, manufactured from 316 cold-worked stainless steel. Also available for subsea and sour gas service.

Couplings and Adapters

A complete line of adapters and couplings, to connect different sizes and pressure ratings of tubing and pipe.

Nipples

Various lengths available already coned and threaded and ready for use. Standard material of construction is 316 Stainless Steel.

Filters

Butech offers two different styles of filters, the Line Filter and the Sintered Cup Filter. Standard materials of construction are a 316 stainless steel body with 300 series filter elements.

Safety Heads | Haskel

  • Medium Pressure Equipment Coned and Threaded to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar)
  • High Pressure Equipment Coned and Threaded for Service from 30,000 psi (2,070 bar) to 150,000 psi (10,340 bar)

Hydrogen Valves

Expertly designed hydrogen resistant valves and fittings designed to withstand the demands of hydrogen service are used to control the highly pressurized gas in hydrogen storage, compression and dispensing applications, as well as in hydrogen fuel cell testing, production and process facilities.

BuTech high quality valves and components for hydrogen service are engineered to deliver safe, and reliable performance at pressures to 20,000 PSI (1378 BAR).

Subsea Valves

BuTech subsea valves meet performance, safety and reliability expectations in the deepest water and harshest environments in the offshore industry. Overs 30 years of engineering experience designing highly engineered corrosion-resistant subsea equipment proven to operate reliably at extreme pressures and temperatures at great depths. Subsea Valves conforming to API6A 17D are available in pressures up to 15,000 psi.

High Purity Valves / Oxygen Cleaned Valves

Oxygen cleaned valves constructed of Monel 400 and rated to 10,000 PSI are available to meet high purity requirements or oxygen service. Oxygen cleaned valve quality, safety and cleanliness levels meet Mil Spec 1330D.

ABS Certified Valves

Our range of ABS certified BuTech valves are safe to use in offshore applications on a variety of ABS-classed vessels and offshore equipment and systems, operating under pressures as high as 20,000 psi (1380 bar) and extreme temperature conditions, often with erosive or corrosive solids, liquids or gases.

BuTech Valves are manufactured using only the strongest materials:

BuTech Low Pressure Valves are designed for liquid and gas flow control in petroleum, chemical, power generating and general industrial applications.
Available in a variety of body styles, the valves are designed for operation at temperatures ranging from -100° to +600°F (-73° to +315°C). Optional packings and/or extended stuffing boxes increase the
range to -423° to +1200°F (-253° to +648°C).

Their rugged construction provides assurance of fail-safe operation at pressures ranging to 15,000 PSI (1030 bar).

Note: BuTech Pressure Systems does not recommend compression sleeve connections below 0°F (-18°C) or above 650°F (343°C).

Needle Valve Features:
